SHIPPING:
Charges are based on size and weight of the item. You will be notified of
the cost. Your purchase will be professionally packed and fully insured for
a safe delivery. Generally, you can expect to receive an item within 2 to
3 weeks from the order date. Most Collectable Edition works are available
immediatly unless we are short on a particular item. Orders are shipped Express
Courier, unless instructed otherwise.
RETURN's:
We
believe that our customer should have the right to return a purchase that
does not meet their expectations. If a customer wishes to return a purchase,
he or she must contact Kim Perrier by phone within (3) days of receipt of
the merchandise
(08 9761 1130). Any returns must be shipped back in the original packing material
and container provided by the artist and insured for full value. We are unable
to accept returns from outside Australia, or sculptures that have been made
to special order.
PURCHASES FROM OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA: We are more than happy to take purchases from outside Australia, however, you must know that there are no returns on these purchases.
ARTWORK DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: If your package appears damaged, or if upon opening it you find the artwork damaged, call us immediately, 61 (0) 8 9761 1130 or email Perrier Studio, so we can have it picked up. A suitable replacement will be arranged and shipped to you at no additional charge.
